Judy Holliday’s Stuffed Tomatoes

Judy Holliday is one of my all-time favorite performers. She was a triple-threat talent with brains and beauty, in addition to carrying out a variety of memorable roles.

When Hollywood Kitchen announced that they were recreating Judy Holliday’s stuffed tomatoes, I definitely wanted to cook along with Karie Bible and her guests!

The full recipe may be accessed here.

Overall, the recipe is very easy to follow and quite delicious! It involves hollowing out the tomatoes, making a quick filling, and baking the filled tomatoes.

I did make one substitution, switching out the American cheese with some mozzarella I had on hand. Additionally, I added in a mix of paprika, lemon pepper, and–for some heat–cayenne pepper. The end result was wonderful.
