
Forest Lawn Memorial Park–Cathedral City is located in Cathedral City, California, and operated as Palm Springs Mortuary and Mausoleum until 2005. Unlike its counterparts under the Forest Lawn name, the majority of this location’s space is dedicated to multiple levels of mausoleum and niche spaces in addition to striking art features typical of Forest Lawn.



Primarily serving the Coachella Valley, there are many individuals with ties to classic Hollywood and the entertainment industry at rest here.

Born Frances Rose Shore. She was an American singer, actress, television personality, and the chart-topping female vocalist of the 1940s. Shore was cremated and is at rest here and also at Hillside Memorial Park.

Born Gennaro Louis Vitaliano. He was an American traditional pop singer.
